The on site conference registration fee covers:

  • On site and online admission to all sessions in the main conference and the pre-conference school
  • Coffee Breaks, Lunch and Conference Dinner
  • Meeting materials


The online conference registration fee covers:

  • Online admission to all sessions in the main conference and the pre-conference school
  • Meeting materials


Refunding police:

  • If the event cannot be organized on site due to pandemic restrictions, all registrations will be changed to online and we will refund the difference (with an additional service fee)


Registration and Presentations:

  • There should be one presenter registration for each accepted oral presentation (regardless of being a full paper or abstract track) For instance, two presentations will imply two associated presenter registrations (even if the presenter is a student).


On site pandemic restrictions:

  • We will need to make some restrictions to enable access to the on site conference; for the moment our expectation is that you will need to exhibit either a vaccination certificate or  a very recent negative covid test, but we will need to comply with any restrictions that might be legally imposed in Portugal.


Invitation Letter:

  • If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please send  an email  to netscix@dcc.fc.up.pt. Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address and any other data that you want to be included in your invitation letter.

Payment and General Conditions
All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.

Payment of fees
Credit card: Payment via credit card is recommended.
Visa, Master and AMEX cards are accepted and can be made through the online services on a secured server.
For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by email or fax.
Bank transfer: Bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees.
Please make sure to indicate full participant name/s and affiliation/s.

Miscellaneous
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
